Three died of a cylinder blast on Saturday. According to details, a cylinder blast in the area of Iqbal Town led to the collapse of the upper storey of a house and three persons died on the sport under the debris.

Rescue teams conducted an immediate operation but failed to save those stuck up under the debris. According to the rescue sources, the collapse took place due to a blast of a gas cylinder located in the kitchen of the upper storey of the building. It may be noted that the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) had arrived on the occasion to deal with any untoward situation.
