The country's total liquid foreign exchange reserves slightly increased by $27 million to $15.605 billion end of the last week. During the week ending 17th August 2019, the State Bank of Pakistan's reserves decreased by $26 million to $8.239 billion, due to external debt servicing and other official payments. However, reserves held by banks mounted up $53 million to $7.366 billion end of the last week up from $7.313 billion a week earlier.
