The Lahore High Court on Friday directed the government to remove the name of CEO of Nishat Chunian Power Plant Shahzad Saleem from the Exit Control List (ECL) and observed who will make investment in the country if businessmen face harassment?"

The petitioner Shahzad Saleem had approached the court against the government for placing his name on the ECL on the basis of mere an inquiry before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
