University of Peshawar (UoP) upset Government College University Faisalabad in a 3-1 battle of the All Pakistan Inter-University Boys Volleyball Championship being played here at PSB Coaching Center Hall here on Tuesday. University of Peshawar lost the first set at 25-27 wherein both struggled hard for a single points the set was tied on so many times. Right from the outset of the match Govt College University Faisalabad and University of Peshawar responded well to each other with full attacking game.

In the second match University of Punjab defeated University of Malakand by 25-20, 25-19 and 25-19. University of Punjab fully dominated the proceedings and did not allow University of Malakand to strike back. Malakand University also tried their hard to stage a comeback but apart from the first set otherwise Punjab fully dominated the proceedings and marched into victory in other sets. In the third match when Sargodha University recorded victory against Minhaj University Lahore by 3-1, the score was 22-25, 25-22, 25-21 and 25-23.
