At least three children died and another was critically injured in a hand grenade explosion here in the provincial capital on Friday. According to details, the incident took place in Nag area of Quetta where while playing in the ground the children found a hand grenade and they started playing with it. The grenade exploded while playing resultantly three children hailing from Kale Behram Nag were killed on the spot while another was critically injured.

The bodies and injured child were shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities. The police cordoned off the area after the incident and conducted search operation.
