This is apropos a Business Recorder editorial 'An unwarranted march' carried by the newspaper yesterday. Country's two largest parties - PPP and PML(N) - seem to have shown a lot of prudence by seeking to summon an all-party conference ahead of JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman's planned 'Azadi March'.

I agree with Business Recorder's view that the Maulana's is 'an unwarranted march'. Little does he know that his protest could possibly lead to creating an opportunity for India to grab it with both hands. I fully endorse the newspaper's conclusion which invites JUI-F chief's attention to the present situation which is undoubtedly fraught with grave dangers. Both PPP and PML(N) are required to successfully persuade the Maulana to defer his planned protest to a future date or till things begin to show improvement, however modest.
