This decision was taken by core Committee of the BMP where all members unanimously agreed upon his name. Officials of BMP said this time we have nominated our candidates timely; so that business community knows about our candidates because we want to bring real change in the affairs of the FPCCI.
The Businessmen Panel also rejected the FPCCI Executive Committee decision where UBG officials approved the same names of the Election Commission members who were in last year too or even in previous years.
The Panel termed it as pre poll rigging and added that every time FPCCI through UBG approved the same members in the FPCCI Election Commission and that's why our all objections put set aside before the commission and deliberately they move us in the court to defend the cases. The BMP wants one member should be inducted as nominated by opposition group so that transparency in the FPCCI election commission may prevail.
