The Indian army chief seems to have lost his marbles. According to him, Pakistan has reactivated militant camps in Azad Jammu & Kashmir and about 500 militants are waiting to infiltrate into India. It is, however, interesting to note that Gen. Bipin Rawat has failed to provide any evidence to back his claims. The Indian army leadership in particular feels embarrassed about New Delhi's post-August 5 handling of occupied Kashmir. The Indian army chief must not lose sight of the fact that it's always embarrassing to be caught telling a lie. Where is the evidence?
