KP team after scoring a handsome total of 526 on 9 wickets declared where the skipper Muhammad Rizwan scored 176 not out, Muhammad Ishfaq scored 106, Adil Amin 73, Opener Fakhar Zaman 33 and Sahibzada 29.
Shadab Khan of Northerns got 4 wickets while Sadaf Hussain, Musa Khan, Muhammad Nawaz and Imad Waseem got 1 wicket each. In replay after completion of the second day's play Northerns score was 109 on one wicket. Opener Afaq Raheem caught by the wicket keeper making 25 runs but the young emerging player Haider Ali batting on 56 runs and Umer Ameen with 20 runs.
Talking to the mediamen Muhammad Rizwan said that he is satisfied with batting performance, our pace attack and spin bowling equally bowled well and restrict the opposition.
