National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice Javed Iqbal (r) visited NAB office Lahore to review its overall performance. He was briefed in detail by Director General (DG) NAB Shahzad Saleem on cases pertaining to mega corruption scams and white color crime being under investigation in the regional bureau. Javed Iqbal said that eradication of corruption from our beloved country, particularly, by bringing all mega corruption scams to their logical end is the top priority of NAB and for this cause all available resources are being utilized to achieve this goal. He said NAB is a national institution and the officers and officials of this organization are working tirelessly to recover the looted money from the corrupt with a special focus scams related to housing sector.

The Chairman NAB further maintained that during the last 20 months, NAB has recovered Rs71 billion. He also termed this effort as a record achievement. He admired the overall performance of NAB Lahore for recovery of billions of rupees in housing sector scams.
