Appreciating the role being played by the business community for the economic development of the country, President Dr Arif Alvi said that the government is undertaking all possible measures to further improve the Ease of Doing Business in the country which has already shown significant improvement as compared to the last year.

He commended the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICC&I) for being the first chamber in Pakistan that took initiatives for Youth Development and promotion of entrepreneurship. The President said this while talking to the delegation of ICC&I, led by its President Ahmed Hassan Moughal, who called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr, Islamabad on Friday, says a press release issued here.

The ICC&I was established on August 26, 1984. It provides a forum for entrepreneurs of Islamabad Capital Territory to promote trade and commerce in the area. A young entrepreneurs forum was created to motivate youth towards entrepreneurship so that they can come in the mainstream of business world, make entrepreneurial career and contribute positively for the development of national economy.-PR
