While highlighting government projects regarding promotion of sports, the Minister said the government is developing modern infrastructure of sports so that talent in youth players could be polished at par with international standards. He stated that sports facilities are being improved at town level as well as rural areas along with big cities. "Provision of modern sports facilities has been given special attention in south Punjab," he added.
The Minister said through promotion of sports, we will create a healthy and vibrant society. "The government will benefit from public-private partnership mode. It has been decided to promote sports in schools so that the new generation is healthy and positive," he added.
