Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (ISGS) has invited sealed proposals from experienced international/local consultancy firms for provision of commercial consultancy services with respect to commercial/financial aspect of its long-term gas import and infrastructure projects, including but not limited to gas pricing mechanism, price review, price negotiation strategy, transportation and transit tariffs, etc.

According to the tender documents, the consultant, or in case of joint venture/consortium at least one partner/member, should be on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Prospective bidders may request a clarification on any aspect of RfP till August 25, 2019.

Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the RfP, must reach the following address on or before September 10, 2019. Technical bids will be opened the same day. In case the day of bid submission and technical bid opening falls on a public holiday, next working day shall be considered as the deadline for the same.

The ISGS is a company incorporated in 1996, working under the auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division). It has been mandated to undertake gas import and infrastructure developments projects including Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) Gas Pipeline, North South Gas Pipeline Project, Offshore Gas Pipeline Project and Strategic Underground Storages.
