These views were expressed by the experts while speaking at a seminar on "How to be a successful entrepreneur" jointly organized by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and Fast School of Management here on Tuesday.
LCCI Vice President Faheem-ur-Rehman Saigal said that business techniques are quickly changing throughout the world and entrepreneurs need to make these a must part of their businesses.
The entrepreneurs should learn the art of automation to increase production and should have strong marketing strategy to find out maximum number of consumers, he said. "We are aware of the fact that Pakistan's educated young generation is facing immense problems in acquiring suitable jobs as a result of weak economic conditions," he said added that the job market in recent years has saturated.
Saigal said that numerous young university graduates are unfortunately becoming an additional burden to the economy.
With a view to overcome this adverse situation and to convert it into an opportunity, it is need of the hour to boost entrepreneurship in Pakistan by highlighting the role of young entrepreneurs in economic development. He said the entrepreneurship is considered to be the key element in strengthening the economy. Therefore, its development can further ensure better results even in tough times like we are facing in Pakistan at present, he added.
