US Ambassador to Pakistan, Pual W Jones inaugurated a newly-constructed Admin Block of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Punjab on Tuesday. The agency has completed the construction work with the assistance of Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL).

Besides other senior officials, Punjab Zone-I FIA Director Waqar Abbasi and Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) BA Nasir Khan were also present on the occasion. A spokesman for the agency said the building was constructed in two years and with a cost of Rs 37.7 million. The building consists of three stories and was built in accordance with international standards, he added.
