Kashmir Solidarity day was observed for expressing complete harmony with Kashmiri brothers and to jerk the conscience of the glob, champions of human rights as well as to force United Nations for implementation of its resolutions on Kashmir. Kashmir Solidarity day was observed with usual enthusiasm for expressing complete solidarity with Kashmiris struggling for liberation of their motherland from Indian yoke in Sialkot, Daska, Pasrur and Sambrial tehsils of the district on Tuesday.

The day long programmes were started with special prayers for the unity, solidarity and prosperity of the country as well as for the early liberation of Indian held Kashmir in all mosques of the district. On this occasion Quran Khawani has also been held for the martyrs those killed by the Hindu militants during the migration to newly created Pakistan in 1947.

Different political parties were also finalizing necessary programmes for holding protest meetings and rallies for highlighting the high-handedness and brutalities of Indian troops in held valley. In accordance with the importance of the day, a special seminary was also held to highlight the brutalities and highhandedness of Indian army in held Kashmir. The seminar was presided over by Deputy Commissioner Syed Bilal Haider. People belonged to various walks of life including a large number of female students attended the seminar.

The speaker while addressing the seminar strongly condemned the high-handedness of Indian government for strangulating voice of freedom on gun point which unjust. The speaker on this occasion strongly condemned the negative attitude of so-called champions of human rights, failure of United Nations and peace loving countries in resolving the Kashmir dispute. The Human Rights champions had bowed their knees in front of Indian government and failed taking any action on the serious human rights violations, killing of innocent Kashmiris particularly youth in held Kashmir by the Indian Army.

Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said more than 6.17 lacs Indian army was trying to suppress the liberation movement initiated by the Kashmiris for the liberation of their motherland from Indian yoke. Pakistan and Kashmir owns the natural bond with each others.
