Lahore High Court Rawalpindi Bench on Friday issued arrest warrants for Chaurdhry Sajjad Hussain, owner of SHINS International, a real estate group, for misusing the name of Army Welfare Trust (AWT). A single bench comprising Justice Qazi Ameen heard the case. According to the court orders, owner and chairman of SHINS Group Chaudhry Sajjad Hussain has been arrested.

Chaudhry Sajjad is facing charges of committing fraud with general public by receiving deposits using the name of AWT. They have also been charged of providing fake bank guarantee in order to get the contract from AWT.
