According to a legal notice sent to a local publication, the said article was complete fabrication and does not represent the factual position. "No complaint has been filed against our clients with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). Our clients have at all times ensured full compliance of the law and there was no question of their being any breach of law on their part," the notice said.
"No legal action of any sort has been initiated against them and/or any of their management. The picture of a member or our clients board of directors and senior management has been used without authorization. This is breach of privacy. The article does not represent the actual factual position and is an attempt to malign the reputation of our clients business and goodwill. Our clients reserve the right to challenge and protect their interests to an optimum extent within the law," the notice said.
