Addressing at the seminar, member (IT) Khawaja Adnan Zahir underscored that IRIS-ADX application was developed to facilitate tax consultants in preparing income tax returns, wealth statements and upload sales tax invoices in offline mode without having internet connectivity and promised to resolve them shortly. He also offered to impart trainings to assist tax consultants.
Meanwhile, Dr Wasim Ahmad from PRAL gave a detailed presentation on the software and abreast the attendees of the technical aspects and its other salient features.
He informed that with a single click tax consultants could sync all data prepared with IRIS and added that multiple user environment facility with a check/limitation for every user had been granted in this software. He also outlined the basic requirement to install the software and remarked that all the information was available on FBR website.
Later, KTBA President Khalid Mahmood lauded the efforts of the member and his team and said that BAR would communicate more queries for resolution. The seminar was well attended by tax consultants and tax accountants.
