Pakistan Airline Pilots'' Association (PALPA) is planning to approach the Senate and the standing committees of National Assembly in order to brief over disastrous impact of shrinking of network by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA).

The decision was made at a meeting held by PALPA''s executive committee here. The PALPA''s executive committee during meeting termed the decision of closing down United States (US) route of PIA as blunder, saying that it was not only a prestigious but strategically and technically an important destination for the airline.
