This is with reference to a news item published in Business Recorder titled "Prohibition of Sheesha Smoking Bill 2014: Consultation with tobacco industry criticised" dated May 2, 2017. Chairman Youth Council for Anti-Narcotics (YOUCFAN), a non-government organisation, Syed Zulfiqar Hussain said that he had never said that the tobacco industry is the major stakeholder in making and supplying hard and soft drugs; he rather had stated that some people or companies have planned to introduce e-cigarettes and mini-sheeshas in markets on a big scale.
