That's very good news, indeed. Upon his return after an 18-month 'exile' PPP leader Asif Ali Zardari had told his party workers who had flocked the Karachi airport to receive him that he would give a 'good' news to the nation on the occasion of 9th death anniversary of Benazir Bhutto. The good news is: leaders of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have decided to enter the present parliament for playing an active and a democratic role in the country.

Addressing a public gathering held in Garhi Khuda Bux on Tuesday in connection with the 9th death anniversary of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto, Zardari said he would fight bye-election from his hometown - Nawabshah, while his son, Bilawal would contest from the ancestral seat of Larkana.

It is therefore heartening to note that the father's and son's arrival in National Assembly would certainly add value to the debates and discussions on a variety of issues in Parliament. Their presence will certainly step up pressure on a beleaguered prime minister.
