Quetta Gladiators topped the Pakistan Super League (PSL) table after an easy 5-wicket win over Karachi Kings in first match of day played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Saturday. Grant Elliot's magnificent four wickets for 15 runs helped Quetta Gladiators to restrict Karachi Kings for just 126 runs, relatively an easy target. Chasing the target, Gladiators Ahmed Shehzad scored 41 off 27 balls whereas Kevin Pietersen and captain Sarfraz Ahmed contributed with respective 26 and 29.

Ahmed Shehzad hits seven 4s, as Gladiators completed the five-wicket win against Karachi Kings with seven balls to spare. Earlier, Kings won the toss and chose to bat first. Shoaib Malik, the Karachi Kings captain hits his best score of the tournament 45 off 38 balls. In another match of the day, Peshawar Zalmi lagged 4 runs behind the 165 runs target paving way for an unbelievable win of relatively weaker Lahore Qalandars. Qalandars Cameron Delport's 78 runs three wickets alongside Umar Akaml's 65 runs and Cooper's three wickets enabled Qalandars to post fighting score batting first. Zalmi could hardly score 160 at the loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs. Cameron Delport was declared man-of-the-match.
