Three persons were gunned down by accused of a murder case in Qila Mian Singh area here on Monday. According to police sources, three persons identified as Saleem, Ghulam Muhammad and Salman Butt were killed on the spot when a proclaimed offender of murder case named Mehran alias Chando Butt opened firing at them. The accused later fled from the scene by snatching a motorcycle from a man.

Police said that the deceased Muhammad Saleem had got registered a case of murder against the killer. The reports revealed that accused Chando Butt was charged for killing brother of victim Saleem and a police officer, Ghulam Nabi. On that occasion also the accused escaped from the session court.
