A formal reception was hosted by Department of Electrical Engineering in honour of guest speaker in Electrical Engineering Department. Professor Dr Mohammad Inayatullah Khan Babar, Chairman; Department of Electrical Engineering presented a brief introduction of the department as part of welcome speech. In his speech, Dr Babar thanked the guest speaker for visiting UET and participating in the seminar as key note speaker.
Dr Samee U Khan presented the latest trends in computing and elaborated the scientific and practical importance of Cloud computing and its relevance to field of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He presented some potential topics related to future research direction in the similar domain. He also answered some queries related to postgraduate studies opportunities in the North Dakota State University, USA.
In closing remarks, Professor Dr Zahid Mehmood, Dean, Faculty of Engineering appreciated the effort of Professor Dr Mohammad Inayatullah Babar, Chairman, Engr. Gulzar Ahmad, Semester Co-ordinator, organisers and faculty members of Department of Electrical Engineering. He also thanked the guest.
