Pakistan Railways on Thursday announced to decrease fare of trains running between Rawalpindi and Lahore. This facility is announced for two months and would be effective from January 1, 2013. The new fare for trains plying between Rawalpindi and Lahore is Rs 800 for Air-Conditioned (AC) Parlour, Rs 600 for AC Standard, Rs 340 for Economy Class Rail Car and Rs 440 for Margalla/ Islamabad.
