Federal Minister for Interior Rehman Malik Sunday said that Afghanistan must hand over Moulvi Faqeer Muhammad and Fazlullah to Pakistan as evidence of their involvement in terror activities have already been shared with Kabul. Talking to journalists here, he said that the time has come to take action as we could not afford to lift bodies of our leaders and innocent people any more.

"Moulvi Faqeer Muhammad and Fazlullah are busy in carrying out terror attacks inside Pakistan while sitting in Afghan soil...they must be nabbed," he added. The local operatives working on the payroll of Afghan Taliban in Pakistan , he added, will not be spared as they are out to destabilise the country. "We are making all out efforts to further enhance the capabilities of law enforcement and intelligence agencies to counter the terrorism," he added.

Paying rich tribute to late Bashir Ahmed Bilour, the minister said that a thorough probe into his tragic assassination will be held and the perpetrators will be brought to book. He also stated that Ehsanullah Ehsan, spokesman of TTP is working for foreign elements and promoting anti-state agenda.

Malik said that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has turned into a limited company, which is involved in kidnapping for ransom, suicide attacks, besides targeting innocent people.

"We've lost over 40,000 precious lives in this war against terrorism...I just want to ask those who still stress for 'do more' that what they've done for us? Our soldiers are fighting without bullet-proof jackets", he said.

The minister claimed that he is the next target of TTP. "What's the fault of PPP, ANP, and MQM whose leadership is being targeted by militants...we've to find out on whose payroll these militants are operating and I want to tell them that they will not succeed in their nefarious motives", he maintained.
