Police on Friday foiled a robbery bid and arrested four accused red-handed in Quaidabad area. Police also recovered arms from their possession. The arrested accused were identified as Noor Islam, son of Faqeer Mohammad, Eid Mohammad alias Eidu, son of Nazar Mohammad, Shabbir alias Chota, son of Masroof, Umer Baqacha, son of Kausar Khan.

Police recovered two TT pistol, 7 bullets, one daggar, one cell phone and Rs 3000 cash. During preliminary interrogation accused persons disclosed that they are habitual criminal and had been arrested before in various cases.
