Grams prices drifted lower on the wholesale grain market on Tuesday in the process of modest trading, dealers said. On the grams side, grams 50x50 lost Rs 100 to Rs 6900-7300, yellow peas Canada lost Rs 300 to Rs 4700-4900, yellow peas Dall Canada also shed same amount to Rs 5200-5400, yellow peas Russia came down after losing Rs 200 to Rs 4600-4800 and yellow peas Dall Russia fell sharply by Rs 300 to Rs 5200-5400, the said.

On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type shed Rs 10 to Rs 3170 and the good variety was down by Rs 25 to Rs 3200, they said. On the seeds side, rapeseeds Dadulane low type was unchanged at Rs 2200 while the good type gained Rs 25 to Rs 2550, Til low type picked up Rs 1200 to Rs 6300 and the best quality rose sharply by Rs 1000 to 6600, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh new low type did not show any change at Rs 850 and the best quality was lower by Rs 50 to Rs 900 in process of trading, they said. Prices were unchanged on the cereals sector, they said.
