A local court on Tuesday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against PPP MNA Humayun Aziz Kurd in a fake degree case. Aziz Kurd failed to appear before the court despite the issuance of five such notices in the case. Subsequently, the court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant and adjourned the hearing of the case till January 30.
