It acts as the Chief spokesman to voice the collective opinion, concern and aspirations of the private sector in the country and offers helpful advice, solid assistance and accumulated experience of the business community to the government.
To encourage the export of Pakistan's goods and consultative services the FPCCI instituted Export Awards in 1976-77. The Awards are given every year to those who excel in promoting exports of goods and services both in quantum, value and to new directions.
