It gives me immense pleasure to know that FPCCI is organising a mega event of 36th Export Trophy Awards Ceremony 2011-12 to bestow those exporters who excel in promoting export of goods and services both in quantum and encourage export of Pakistani goods. The efforts of our exporters are commendable and need to be acknowledged.

The Export Trophy Award Ceremony is a source of encouragement and symbolises the excellence in export field. The Government attaches great importance to the promotion of exports as a pillar of country's economic strength. The Government recognises the efforts being made by the Trade, Industry and Business Community to make positive contribution in achieving the macroeconomic goals and in committed to provide all help and assistance in this context.

I congratulate the President FPCCI and his team for holding the Export Trophy Awards Ceremony every year because this serves as a stimulant to boost up the export drive by recognising the strenuous efforts of the leading exporters of the country. It also encourages the potential exporters to follow their foot-step. Lastly, I would like to congratulate the Trophy Winners for their excellent performance and hope that they would continue their efforts for promoting exports.
