Member of Pakistan People's Party Central Executive Committee Pir Mazhar-ul-Haq said that wrong perception is given and facts are distorted in public gathering of Functional-League at Hyderabad. Pir Mazhar, who is also the Parliamentary Leader of the PPP in Sindh Assembly, said that no file was moved in the regimes of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto for the construction of Kalabagh Dam.

The Senior Minister for Education and Literacy said in a statement issued here on Sunday.

He said that nationalists, Nawaz Sharif and other certain elements are trying to make fool the people of Sindh, but the people of Sindh are fully aware and knew well their friends and who are their foes. He said that in 1984 the scheme for Kalabagh Dam was moved by Zia-ul-Haq and his political son Nawaz Sharif announced in Assembly to construct it.

With the participation of PML-N leader Saleem Zia in the public gathering of Functional-League it has showed their real faces to the masses of Sindh. The Senior Provincial Minister added the followers of Zia-ul-Haq and its cabinet members are equally responsible for the crime.
