Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Multan on Sunday staged a demonstration at Chowk Nawan Shehr on the eve of debacle of Pakistan day and burnt the Indian flag. The demo was led by Hamza Shahid Lodhi. The speakers said that somehow after over 4 decades, we have not learned much from the fall of Dhaka. A wing of Pakistan was severed while we were busy spinning "conspiracy theories", much like we are at the present time.

This scribe clearly remembers as a young child, what transpired to lead to our shameful surrender. They said that PPP had dismembered the country in 1971 and this game was being replayed in 2013 when PPP is in power by dismembering the Balochistan.

Muslim League-N Youth wing also organised a meeting in the Multan arts council where Mian Ghulam Hussain Shahid, Tariq Amir Abbasi, Manzoor Khosa, Rafiq Karimi, Shabbir Chohan, Mati-ul-Hassan Bukhari, Muhammad Saleem Qureshi said that Pakistan Muslim league had built the Pakistan but PPP dismembered it for grabbing power.
