The registrar inquiry tribunal will handed over the report to Punjab Home Secretary on Monday about the defective drug provided by Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC), which caused more than hundred cardiac patients dead. The 300-page report will be handed over to the secretary at a ceremony to be held in Lahore High Court. Justice Ijazul Ahsan had conducted the inquiry on request of the provincial government.
