He terms the draft Accountability Bill 2012 as annihilable for the country, saying that the proposed law would have more serious impact on the economy of the country. To a question, he said that he was optimistic about the current situation of the country, saying that, "revolution is the only option to put country on track. But there is no hope of revolution in Pakistan like France, Iran and Arab countries as we are a divided nation."
To another question, he said the free and fair election in present scenario would be a formidable task for Election Commission of Pakistan. Earlier in his address, he said that the partners of Shekha & Mufti had proved that there was no shortcut for success. Moreover, he said, the auditors play an important role in governance as transparency in financial affairs always encourages foreign investments.
