Belarus and Pakistan have signed agreements on trade-economic co-operation, investments protection and avoidance of double taxation. It was agreed in the meeting that the Belarusian investment can help Pakistan lead and generate more employment opportunities as well.
Mandviwalla informed the Ambassador that investment in the agriculture machinery sector could be a healthy offer and collaboration with the Pakistan Military organisations in the production of heavy vehicles would be very useful. Rybas showed his country's interest in the actualisation of the bilateral investment treaty between the two countries.
It was further discussed if the commercial exchanges between the two countries are increased and become regular, it would certainly add to the growth of bilateral trade and investment. Mandviwalla stated that the present government is strongly committed to restoring macroeconomic stability as well as the confidence of markets and investors across the globe.-PR
