Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday rejected a petition filed by former interior minister Aftab Sherpao, seeking transfer of Akbar Bugti murder case to another court and adjourned the hearing till December 21. Court No one of ATC judge Muhammad Ismail Baloch heard the petition filed by Aftab Sherpao in Akbar Bugti murder case in which he urged the judge to shift the case to another court.

During the hearing, the judge remarked that Akbar Bugti murder case under Terrorism Act could be heard in ATC. The court rejected the petition and adjourned the hearing till December 21.
