Khyber Pakhtunkhawa province has also decided to set up a revenue collection authority on the pattern of Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). According to the sources in PRA, a high ranking delegation of KP Tax Administration led by its Tax Consultant Ishtiaq Ahmad visited the PRA Head Office on Monday to understand the working and system devised by the Punjab authority for collection of tax on services.

Deputy Secretary Finance KPK Muhammad Saddiq, Legal Advisor, Deputy Director Excise and Taxation and tax consultant were also part of the delegation. PRA Chairperson Iftikhar Qutab briefed the delegation about PRA tax collection system, provincial tax laws, human resources, use of latest technology, and services being provided by the provincial authority.
