Grams prices were modestly higher on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of trading, dealers said. On the grams side, Grams Australia No 1 rose by Rs 100 to Rs 6500-6900, grams Australia Dall No 1 gained same amount to Rs 7900-8400, grams 50x50 also picked up the same amount to Rs 7200-7600, yellow peas Russia was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 4350-4550 and yellow peas Dall Russia picked up same amount to Rs 4850-5050, they said.

On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh low type was down by Rs 45 to Rs 3180 and best type was lower by Rs 25 to Rs 3250 other items maintained overnight levels, they said. A solo deal was witnessed on the seeds side, where cottonseeds oilcakes Sindh (new) quoted at the lower rate at Rs 950 due to easy supply, they said. Prices were unchanged on the cereals side, they said.
