Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Social Welfare and Women Empowerment, Sitara Ayaz said that revolutionary measures for promotion of education resulted in the increasing literacy rate in the province by 7 percent. She expressed these views while addressing a function held on the occasion of Science and Arts Exhibition 2012 here in Nursery Section of Happy Day School on Saturday.

Besides, Director Happy Day School Dr Syed Daud Bukhari the function was also attended by Principal, Mrs Mamoona Kashif, Dr Uzma, teachers and a large number of students and parents. Speaking on the occasion, she said that unfortunately our educational institutions are paying maximum attention to contemporary education.
