He said first his daughter got sick and then his son caught viral infection and these circumstances forced him to skip the matches with a valid justification. Yousuf, who withdrew as Lahore Lion's captain in favour of Pakistan T20 captain Muhammad Hafeez played one match of the event, but did not bat as his side knocked off the necessary runs against Karachi Zebras in the opening tie.
"I am back and I will be playing the remaining matches of the event", he said adding "I will be doing my best to deliver in the role of a batsman and to contribute in lifting the performance of my team", said the stylish middle order batsman.
