A three-day `Pakistan Mountain Festival' would start here on December 10 at Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) in connection with International Mountain Day to be observed on December 11 every year. The festival is organised by Development Communications Network (DEVCOM) in collaboration with Social Economic Environment Development, EvK2CNR, ICIMOD, Gojal Educational and Cultural Association, which would continue till December 12.

A representative of DEVCOM told APP here on Thursday that the festival would open with Mountain Art and Craft Exhibition while on the second day of the moot outdoor youth activities has been scheduled at Margalla hills to apprise the youngsters with the basic techniques of mountaineering.
