A fire that broke out in a garment factory in SITE area turned millions of rupees goods into ashes on Monday. According to an official of fire department, unknown caller informed the department that fire had broke out in a garment factory located at Zia More. Reacting on the information, two fire tenders were dispatched to the spot to extinguish the fire.

He said that some 2000 yards fabric was completely gutted in the fire. He further said the fire was brought under control within four hours and the cause of the fire was yet to be ascertained.
