A man's body was recovered in Landhi No 6 in the jurisdiction of Awami Colony police station, police and rescue sources said. According to details, area people informed police about the body dumped at garbage heap in Landi area, acting upon the information police shifted the body to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC).

The deceased was identified as Akhar Hussian,24 who said to be Sindhi speaking. Police said that it had started investigation into the matter.
