The Department of Punjabi, Government College University Faisalabad (GCUF) is organising one-day Hazrat Sultan Bahu Seminar on Monday (today) at its Faiz Ahmad Faiz Hall to highlight his message and poetry. The day-long seminar will begin at 10:00am with GCUF Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zakir Hussain in the chair.

Sultan Niaz-ul-Hassan Qadri will be the chief guest whereas Prof Dr Tahir Tounsvi to be guest of honour on the occasion. Department of Punjabi Chairman Dr Muhammad Riaz Shahid said that research papers on Hazrat Sultan Bahu will be presented by scholars including Prof Hameed Ullah Shah Hashmi, Mansoor Afaq, Dr Naveed Shahzad, Dr Amjad Bhatti, Prof Amir Hafiz, Dr Tariq Hashmi, Dr Ghulam Akbar, Mumtaz Baloch, Kalyan Singh and Asad Mustafa.
