Pakistan's premier cueist, Mohammad Asif continues to show his supreme form in IBSF World Snooker Championship 2012 being played in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria, as he stormed into the final of the event on Saturday, Aaj News reported late Saturday night. Asif outclassed his opponent Alex Borg of Malta by a score of 7-1 and qualified for the final to be played today (Sunday).

In the semi-final Asif beat Syrian opponent Omar Alkojah by a score of 6-2 which was his eight victory. It is worthwhile to mention here that former Pakistani snooker player Mohammad Yousaf was the only national player who has won the IBSF World Championship played in 1994.
