A driver and a bus hostess were killed after the passenger vehicle collided with a trailer at Multan-Khanewal highway near Peerowal, some 10 kilometres off here on Sunday.

The bus, LES-2144, while on way to Multan collided with the NLC trailer, 880661/881704-NLC. The impact caused the death of bus driver Haq Nawaz and hostess Sumera Ashraf on the spot. None of the passengers were hurt.
