Pakistan junior hockey team is undertaking tour of Kenya and Egypt to play four each test matches against both the countries. During the first leg of the tour, the team will play a series of four test matches against Kenya. The first test will be played on March 24, second on 25, third on 27 and the last on March 31.

Afterward, the team will fly to Egypt to play similar number of test matches, a spokesman of the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) said, here on Monday. According to him, the tour has been arranged by the PHF in its effort to prepare a strong team for the next Junior World Cup.

He said Pakistan junior team is comprised of 18 players and 4 officials. Shafqat Rasool will lead the team while Abdul Haseem Khan will be his deputy. The squad includes Imran, Khurram Muhammad, Attique Muhammad, Javaid Adnan, Amir Shahzad, Muhammad Irfan, Ahmed Zaheer, Farid Ahmed, Ali Zeeshan, Ali Azlan Khan, Hussain Syed Adeel, Atif, Shafqat Rasool (Capt), Abdul Haseem Khan (Vice Captain), Imran Muhammad, Inayat Ullah, Naseer Naveed and Shahzad Nasir.
