Synoptic Situation over Pakistan: Heat Low lies over North Balochistan. A wellmarked low pressure area persists over central parts of India, which is expected to move now Northward.
Clouds: Satelite picture indicates thick clouds over India-Gujrat, South Rajhistan, West Madhya Pardesh; and scattered clouds over North India, Bangladesh and Northern parts of Pakistan.
Forecast: Forecast: Fog is expected to persist in plains of Punjab, while cold and dry weather likely in other parts of the country. Light rain with snowfall over the hills may occur at isolated places of Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.
